GERMAN RAIL PASS

It's going to be Europe's most popular event of the summer. The World Cup is coming to Germany beginning June 8th, and Rail Europe has the perfect travel pass.

With a German Rail Pass, Twin Pass (for two people) or Youth pass for those under 26, fans can easily get from Frankfurt to Stuttgart, Hamburg to Hannover. And all the other cities in between.

Some of the games are in smaller venues like Gelsenkirchen, college-town Kaiserslautern and Dortmund. Flying isn’t really option as it’s too expensive and time consuming. And driving? Well – the traffic getting to these games and then trying to find a parking spot – not the way most people would want to spend their trip. The easiest way to get from one city to another is on Germany’s extensive network of high-speed trains. It's a great way to meet fellow travelers on their way to the matches.
